Each patient begins with a 30-60-minute Starter Session with Dr. Caroline.

Using ART, she assesses the patient’s full-body stress load and identifies root causes. She then creates a personalized plan which may include herbal or homeopathic remedies, acupuncture, detox strategies, and lifestyle modifications. Patients leave with clarity and next steps.

A.R.T. stands for Autonomic Response Testing. This is a sophisticated form of testing using muscle biofeedback developed the renowned German physician pioneer Dietrich Klinghardt MD PhD. Dr. Caroline uses A.R.T. to test the health of your autonomic nervous system. This system houses your sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system.

Your body is either in a state of stress or a state of rest and healing. A.R.T. is used to find the cause of stress in your body.
